Starving Strawberries offers a curated selection of pre-owned, vintage, deadstock, resale, apparel, accessories, children’s items, home goods, collectibles, original designs, and other merchandise.

Many products are pre-owned, vintage, discontinued, or one of a kind. These items may show normal signs of age, wear, handling, storage, or previous use. Such characteristics are not necessarily defects.

We make every reasonable effort to inspect our products and accurately describe their condition through photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes. Customers should review the complete listing before purchasing.

Product Descriptions, Photographs, and Measurements

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, details, materials, measurements, and condition accurately. However:

• Colors may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.
• Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the item and measuring method.
• Manufacturer sizing can vary by brand, style, country, and production period.
• Vintage sizing may differ substantially from modern sizing.
• Pre-owned and vintage items may contain minor characteristics consistent with age or previous use.

For clothing, we recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar item you already own and like.

We do not guarantee that every product description will be entirely free from error. If we discover a material error, we may correct the listing, contact the customer, or cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund.

Authenticity and Brand References

We make reasonable efforts to evaluate branded merchandise using the information and resources available to us. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Starving Strawberries is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or formally authorized by the brands whose products may appear in our shop.

Brand names, trademarks, and product names belonging to third parties are used for identification and descriptive purposes only. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Print-on-Demand and Made-to-Order Products

Some products, including original Starving Strawberries graphic tees and other custom merchandise, may be produced after an order is placed through a third-party fulfillment partner.

Print-on-demand and made-to-order products may have different production times, shipping timelines, and return limitations. Because these products are created specifically in response to an order, they are generally final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or materially different from the applicable listing.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be shown at checkout when required.

We may change prices, promotions, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases except when correcting an obvious pricing error.

Because many products are one of a kind, availability is limited. Placing an item in a cart or wishlist does not reserve it. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, contact information, billing information, payment details, and shipping address.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or fulfillment.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, final-sale items, return shipping, exchanges, damaged products, and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because our inventory includes pre-owned, vintage, one-of-a-kind, customized, and made-to-order products, return eligibility may differ by item type.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need assistance, submit a request through our Contact Us form as soon as possible.

An order may not be changed or canceled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, production, or shipment. Personalized and print-on-demand orders may not be canceled after production begins.

Purchases Through Third-Party Marketplaces

These Terms apply to purchases made directly through StarvingStrawberries.com.

Purchases completed through eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, or another third-party service may also be governed by that platform’s terms, buyer protections, payment rules, shipping requirements, and return policies.

If a platform’s mandatory rules apply to a transaction, those rules will govern to the extent of any direct conflict.

Accounts and Account Security

If account registration is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and restricting access to your account.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative materials from our protected content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

These provisions do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, manufacturer-created materials, platform-owned components, or other content belonging to their respective owners.

Reviews, Messages, and Other Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you represent that:

• You created the submission or have permission to share it.
• The submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You retain ownership of content you create.
