Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Starving Strawberries. We carefully package each order and do our best to ship items promptly and securely.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Print-on-demand items, including original Starving Strawberries graphic tees, are made after purchase and may require additional processing time before shipment. Production and processing times may vary depending on the item and fulfillment partner.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item, package weight, shipping destination, and available carrier options.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately, especially if an order includes both ready-to-ship resale items and print-on-demand items. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Starving Strawberries is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at starving.strawberries@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. Starving Strawberries is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after carrier acceptance.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. You may also contact us at starving.strawberries@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at starving.strawberries@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
